Award-winning ballerina, nationally-recognized dance instructor, and solo-founder of three businesses, Danielle Maas is no stranger to the hustle.
She started dancing at the age of two, and had her first world-renowned mentor by nine. She’s trained with the School of American Ballet, the American Ballet Theater, and the Manhattan Youth Ballet. She’s trained under the direction of the Ballet world’s most elite teachers, including Susan Jaffe, Tara Foy, and Francois Perron.
Her career has taken her all over the country. As a young dancer in Minnesota, she was one of the top elite dancers in the competitive world with Larkin Dance Studio. At fifteen she moved to New York City to train with some of the world’s top Ballet schools. Later, she moved to Los Angeles where she performed in television shows, awards shows, and national commercials.
Moving to Las Vegas in 2016 she had the honor of joining Nevada Ballet Theater where she graced the Smith Center Stage for 6 years performing some of her favorite ballets of Swan Lake, Alice (in wonderland), and Nutcracker.
In 2021, Danielle achieved a significant milestone, graduating from UNLV with a Bachelor of Fine Arts for the Professional Dancer. This marked not only an academic triumph but a launchpad for her teaching career. As Resident Guest Artist at the university, and later as a Visiting Professor in 2022, Danielle brought her wealth of experience to the next generation of dancers. She also tours the country with Resurgence Intensive, a training program she founded and developed for young dancers.
With the founding of Blue Chip Conditioning in July of 2020, Danielle realizes a life-long dream of bringing the incredible results she’s seen in her 25 years of training as a dancer to other top-tier athletes, as well as the general public. As owner and lead instructor, Danielle infuses her motivation, infectious joy, and inspirational spirit into every class.
Moreover, as a Master Trainer for the DK Body Balancing Method, Danielle not only embodies excellence in instruction but also leads the charge in shaping the next generation of Pilates practitioners. With her extensive background, Danielle stands as a beacon of inspiration, for all students and clients.
Introducing Haley Baker, a dedicated Pilates instructor based in Las Vegas since 2022, following her fiancé’s assignment at Nellis Air Force Base. With a profound passion for helping others and sharing positive energy, Haley’s journey into Pilates began after a life-altering car accident during her pursuit of a psychology degree at Southern Utah University. Determined to find a way to exercise without enduring pain, she discovered the transformative power of Pilates through her mother, also an instructor. Through this practice, Haley not only regained her strength but found a path to healing she once thought impossible.
With over four years of teaching experience, Haley cherishes every moment guiding her students through their Pilates journey. She holds a diverse range of fitness certifications, including TRX Suspension, myofascial release, and specialized training for children. Additionally, she has attended workshops covering posture, chair work, barre, and foam rolling, enriching her expertise. Haley’s classes are characterized by their blend of challenge and inclusivity, fostering a supportive and joyful atmosphere where all participants can work, sweat, and share laughter together. Witnessing Pilates empower individuals and contributing to their achievements is a source of profound fulfillment for Haley.

We are happy to welcome Dar to the Blue Chip Conditioning Team! Dar grew up just outside of Detroit Michigan where she spent most of her days dancing at her aunt’s studio and catching live sports events when time allowed! She continued her education with a full scholarship for dance at Wayne State University in Detroit focusing on ballet and modern and graduated with a BFA in performing arts and science.
Dar then continued her passion for performing and started working professionally as a dancer and choreographer for Tokyo Disneyland, Celebrity Cruise Ships, the International Auto show, and Dolly Pardon traveling various parts of the world entertaining. Upon returning to the states, she decided to plant roots here in Las Vegas and gained a spot as a featured dancer and choreographer for various shows on the strip and became a staple in the Fantasy show at the Luxor for eleven years.
Her passion for dance led her to Pilates, first as a student and then gaining a certification at UNLV as an instructor. After retiring from stage, pilates has become her new passion and sharing that with others!! She is so thrilled and honored to be part of the Blue Chip Team!!!

Meet Daniella, a dedicated fitness professional with a deep passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Daniella has been actively teaching and training since 2017 and holds certifications in personal training, yoga, and Pilates. Drawing from a diverse athletic background that includes growing up playing soccer, competitive figure skating, and completing full and half marathons as an adult, Daniella brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every session.
She found Pilates after old injuries flared up, hindering her ability to train clients, teach, and move her body without pain. Pilates was suggested by a physical therapist as a better way to workout and move while she healed. Starting on the reformer with a classically trained instructor, she fell in love with Pilates from the very first session and hasn’t looked back since. Since then, Pilates has been a significant part of Daniella’s life and fitness routine, serving as a way to manage pain and stay active. She brings this same passion and joy to every session and class she teaches, guiding people on a journey to improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
When Daniella is not sharing her expertise in Pilates & fitness, you can find her spending quality time with her two rescue pups, Hobbit and Luna. Join Daniella on a transformative fitness experience that goes beyond the physical, fostering a holistic approach to health and wellness.
With a remarkable 35-year tenure in the fitness industry, Beth’s journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication. Her expertise spans group exercise, personal training, program design, and management. As a licensed physical therapy assistant, she embraces a holistic approach to wellness. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management – Fitness and Wellness, Beth’s extensive certifications, including Pilates (PHI), group exercise (ACE), personal training (AFAA), and wellness coaching (Spencer Institute), underscore her comprehensive skill set.
Her love for Pilates, started 25 years ago during her time as a Fitness Director in Cleveland, OH. Her journey is one of continuous learning, with every person she meets contributing to her evolving knowledge. In 2023, Beth further enriched her journey by joining the Blue Chip Conditioning team.
She believes in a holistic approach to wellness, understanding that true health encompasses both the physical and the mental. With an impressive array of certifications and a deep well of experience, Beth offers a personalized, transformative approach to health and fitness. Her inspiration comes from seeing people work toward and achieve their goals in an active lifestyle.

Hailing from Fremont, California, Jahaan is a dynamic Pilates instructor who has truly come into her own. Her journey towards holistic wellness led her to The Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy in Encinitas, California, where she achieved certification as a clinical herbalist.
From a young age, Jahaan immersed herself in various sports, instilling in her a passion for movement. As an adult, she discovered Pilates as a means to maintain her active lifestyle. It didn’t take long for Jahaan to feel a connection with Pilates, rekindling her sense of athleticism.
With six years of dedicated Pilates practice under her belt, Jahaan took the leap to become a certified instructor through the DK Balancing Body Method. Her teaching philosophy centers on guiding clients towards progress and growth, all while ensuring they have fun in the experience. Witnessing her clients’ transformation is not only a source of fulfillment for Jahaan, but a testament to her commitment to their success.
In 2022, Jahaan joined the Blue Chip Conditioning team, interning under the seasoned guidance of Danielle Maas. This invaluable experience further enriched her expertise, laying the foundation for her role as a full-fledged member in 2023. This new chapter marked a milestone in Jahaan’s ever-evolving dedication to empowering her clients.
Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Yumi initially pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and spent four years working in the field. Seeking a new adventure, she moved to Las Vegas in 2008, where she now thrives as a mother of two children, aged 11 and 8.
Yumi’s journey into Pilates began four years ago, and it was an instant connection. Despite engaging in various exercises like swimming, dancing, weight training, and yoga over the past two decades, Pilates, particularly on the Reformer, stood out as her preferred choice. Fueled by her passion, Yumi pursued certification with DK Body Balancing Method, and the anatomy training became a fascinating exploration of the intricate connections between movements and the body’s muscle and bone structure.
She did her Pilates internship at Blue Chip Conditioning where she trained under Danielle Maas and the team of teachers to complete her certification training. Now fully certified, Yumi, with her engineering background, brings a logical and cause-and-effect-oriented approach to her instruction. Her goal is to enlighten clients on the impact of poor posture on the body and demonstrate how Pilates movements can correct it. Drawing from her experience as a mother, Yumi is eager to extend this knowledge to young adults, fostering good posture and a healthy lifestyle. Join Yumi in discovering the transformative power of Pilates and the science behind its effectiveness.
Emily is a Las Vegas native who’s journey into the world of Pilates began through her love of dance. She has a background in performative dance, training with the Nevada Ballet Theater for 17 years. Her deep connection to dance also led to a series of injuries, ultimately becoming the catalyst for her exploration of Pilates as a means of both strengthening and healing her body.
Introduced to Pilates at a young age, Emily’s commitment to the practice blossomed into a dream of becoming a certified instructor with DK Body Balancing Method. This dream became a reality as she underwent her training under the guidance of the renowned Dolly Kelepecz. Remarkably, Emily achieved her certification at the young age of 16, showcasing her dedication and passion for the discipline.
Afterwards, Emily continued her educational journey in Flagstaff at Northern Arizona University, sharing her knowledge with fellow university students. Subsequently returning to UNLV, Emily made a strategic decision to pursue a major in marketing with a minor in Pilates, aligning her academic pursuits with her dedication to Pilates education. In 2023, Emily joined the Blue Chip Conditioning team and is excited to share her passion of Pilates.
For nearly two decades, Jo dedicated herself to educating young minds as a school teacher, but her heart always beat to the rhythm of fitness. Pilates, in particular, captured her spirit, not just for its transformative physical effects, but for its profound impact on mental well-being. This revelation led Jo to embark on a comprehensive 500-hour training program at Pilates + Yoga, a decision that marked the turning point in her career.
Jo joined the Blue Chip Conditioning team in 2023. Drawing from her extensive teaching background across various studios, Jo boasts a remarkable versatility in adapting to different class styles. Whether it’s the athleticism of an intense session, the grace of classical Pilates, or the fusion of strength and cardio on the reformer, Jo approaches each session with expertise and enthusiasm. To her, the Pilates reformer stands as the ultimate tool of transformation, capable of sculpting both body and mind, leaving no fitness goal unattainable.
Angela is originally from Malibu, CA and was a professional ballet dancer for over 15 years. She danced with both Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, WA and Carolina Ballet in Raleigh, NC. She moved to Las Vegas in 2006 to dance in the show “Jubilee!” at Bally’s Hotel. After leaving Jubilee, Angela taught Ballet and Barre Fitness.
Angela has always practiced Pilates throughout her dancing career but decided in 2023 to become a certified Pilates instructor using the Pilates Sports Center training program. Angela has 10 year old twin boys that keep her on her toes and she truly believes that Pilates is one of the most beneficial mind and body workouts that anyone and everyone can do for a lifetime!
