SESSION INFORMATION

  • Workouts are specifically designed and tailored to each client.
  • Sessions are 1 on 1 with instructor and up to 5 other clients in the studio working with additional instructor.

We believe that all physical therapy, especially for athletes, needs to be accompanied by athletic training. When combined with physical therapy in response to injury, Pilates conditioning leads to better, faster results. Because the practice is low-impact and able to be highly specialized, your trainer is able to help you keep the rest of your body active, strong, and limber while your body heals.
