Blue Chip is the best Pilates studio I’ve been to in Las Vegas! Each class is extremely personalized & holds only up to 8 people. All the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and the main reason why I love this studio is due to the non judgmental atmosphere. It’s also one of the cleanest exercise establishments I’ve EVER been to. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

The team has gotten my back pain from a level 8 down to a level 2 in a short amount of time. Just upped my classes to 3 a week. Love this team!

      Jeremy M

      Client

Most thoughtful Pilates studio I have ever been to! I’ve been to a few studios where I felt like it was more of an Instagram or social media oriented space than a space aimed towards honing one’s practice. I never felt that way at Blue Chip. I loved each instructor I had and the fact that they were comfortable providing modifications and form corrections which is very important for a proper Pilates practice. Within a few weeks I went from level 1 to level 1.5 classes and wish I was in town longer to continue working with them! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Vegas.

Pilates Classes in Las Vegas for Every Goal and Fitness Level

Blue Chip Conditioning is a reformer Pilates studio at 6275 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118, in the southwest Las Vegas Valley. Since July 2020, our team has coached beginners, busy professionals, dancers, people returning to exercise after an injury, and professional athletes. Every one of our Pilates classes in Las Vegas uses the same principles: precise movement, proper alignment, controlled breathing and hands-on coaching from an experienced instructor.

What changes from one service to the next is the level of personal attention, the setting and the price. This page explains each option so you can choose the Pilates training that fits your body, your schedule and your budget, then book it online in a few minutes.

        Why reformer Pilates?

The reformer is a sliding carriage attached to adjustable springs, straps and a footbar. The springs can add resistance to make a movement harder or give support to make it easier, which is why the same machine works for a first-time client and a Major League pitcher. Reformer work trains the deep core, hips, back and shoulders through a full range of motion while keeping impact on the joints low. Clients commonly come to us to build strength, improve flexibility and posture, move with better balance, and feel more in control of their bodies in daily life and sport.

Our Pilates Services at a Glance

        Group Reformer Classes

Our group reformer Pilates classes combine the precision of Pilates with the energy of training alongside others. Classes are kept small so your instructor can watch and correct your form. Memberships start at $109 per month for up to 4 classes, and new clients can take their first group reformer class for $20. Membership credits can also be used for Mat and Stretch classes.

        Semi-Private Pilates

Semi-private Pilates sessions give you your own individualized reformer workout with a hands-on instructor, at a lower price than private training. Plans run from $198 per month for 4 sessions to $398 per month for 12 sessions. It is a popular middle ground for clients who want a personalized program without paying for fully private time.

        Private Pilates Sessions

Private Pilates is one-on-one reformer training built entirely around you. MVP private sessions are $98, a pack of 10 MVP sessions is $799, and All-Star sessions with Master Instructor Danielle Maas in a reserved private area are $140. Private training suits anyone returning from injury, preparing for a sport or wanting the most personal coaching.

        Pilates for Dancers

Pilates for dancers is taught by instructors with professional dance careers, including our founder, a former Nevada Ballet Theatre dancer. Sessions focus on flexibility, core strength, alignment and injury prevention for dancers of every age.

        Elite Athlete Development

Our Pilates for athletes program builds sport-specific strength, mobility and body control. MLB players Taylor Cole, Austin Wells and Erick Fedde have trained with us, and we coach athletes in golf, tennis, running, hockey, MMA, football, basketball, triathlon, cycling, swimming, boxing, baseball and softball.

How to Choose the Right Pilates Option

Most clients choose based on three questions:

        • How much individual attention do you need? If you are recovering from an injury, managing a specific limitation or training for a sport, start with private or semi-private sessions. If you are generally healthy and enjoy a group atmosphere, group reformer classes are a great fit.
        • What is your budget? Group memberships work out to as little as about $10 per class on the unlimited plan. Semi-private sessions sit in the middle, and private sessions cost the most because the instructor’s time is entirely yours.
        • How often can you train? Consistency matters more than intensity. Pick a plan you can keep up week after week — for many people that is 2 to 3 sessions per week.

Not sure where to start? Book a free 30-minute one-on-one demo session (new clients only; call (702) 848-2583). Your instructor will learn about your goals and any past injuries, introduce the reformer, and recommend a starting point. You can also try the $99 New Client Special: 2 semi-private sessions plus 2 group classes, valid for 30 days. See the full Pilates price list for every membership and package.

        Pilates Training for Your Goals

Every client walks in with a different reason for trying Pilates. Here is how our services line up with the goals we hear most often.

        Build strength without heavy impact

Reformer springs provide resistance through a full range of motion, so muscles work hard without jumping, running or heavy barbells. Group reformer classes are the most affordable way to train strength consistently, while private sessions let an instructor progress your program exercise by exercise.

        Improve flexibility and mobility

Pilates lengthens muscles while keeping them active. Many clients notice they move more freely through the hips, spine and shoulders as they train regularly. Membership credits can also be used for our Stretch classes, which pair well with reformer work.

        Support better posture

Long hours at a desk, driving or on your feet can leave the upper back and shoulders tight and weak. Pilates strengthens the muscles that help you stand and sit tall and builds awareness of how you hold your body through the day.

        Train your core

Core work in Pilates goes deeper than crunches. Exercises target the deep abdominals, back and pelvic muscles that stabilize the spine during everyday movement and sport.

        Improve balance and body control

Kneeling, standing and single-leg work on a moving carriage challenges balance and coordination in a controlled environment.

Return to exercise after an injury

If you are coming back from an injury or surgery, start with private Pilates so every movement can be adapted, and get clearance from your physician or physical therapist first. Pilates is exercise, not medical treatment. Learn more about Pilates after injury.

Perform better in your sport or on stage

Athletes and dancers train in dedicated programs led by instructors who understand their demands. See Pilates for athletes and Pilates for dancers.

Your First Visit, Step by Step

        1. Choose how to start: a free 30-minute one-on-one demo (call to book), a $20 first group reformer class (book online), or the $99 New Client Special.
        2. Dress for movement: fitted workout clothes and grip socks. Bring water.
        3. Arrive a few minutes early so your instructor can show you the reformer and ask about injuries or health concerns.
        4. Train at your own pace. Your instructor will offer modifications and explain springs, straps and footbar positions as you go.
        5. Pick your plan. After your first session, choose a membership, class pack, semi-private plan or private sessions that fit your goals and budget.

Pilates Studio vs a Traditional Gym

A gym gives you equipment; a Pilates studio gives you coaching. At Blue Chip Conditioning every class and session is led by an instructor who watches your form, adjusts your springs and cues your alignment. Classes are kept small, workouts are low impact, and programs can be adapted for beginners, athletes, dancers and people returning to exercise. Many clients keep going to the gym and add Pilates two or three times a week to build core strength, mobility and control that support everything else they do.
