General Sessions

Workouts are specifically designed and tailored to each client.

MVP Sessions

Sessions are 1 on 1 with instructor and up to 5 other clients in the studio working with additional instructor.

Sessions can be strictly pilates or stretch or a combination of both.
Sessions may include enhancement modalities such as: HyperIce or FORS massage gun, HyperIce vibrating foam roller, Hyperice Venom Heat/Massage Belt, Hypersphere Massage Ball or other enhancement modalities.

All-star Sessions

Exclusively private! Sessions are 1 on 1 with instructor and no other clients in the studio.
