★★★★★ 4.95 Rating · 40+ Reviews · Max 8 Per Class · Trusted by Vegas Athletes
Three sports, one body — triathlon stacks up fatigue and imbalances fast. Reformer Pilates is the perfect low-impact cross-training: it builds the core endurance and hip stability that make you more efficient in the water, on the bike and on the run.
We assess your posture, hip control and core endurance, then build a plan that supports all three disciplines without adding pounding.
Swim, bike and run all reward a stable core and mobile, strong hips. On the reformer we build the deep-core endurance that holds your position in aero and on the run, open the hips for a stronger pedal and stride, and correct the imbalances that lead to overuse injuries.
You’ll hold form longer, transition more efficiently, and stay healthy through big training blocks.

How does Pilates help triathletes?
By building core endurance, hip stability and postural control that make all three disciplines more efficient — with zero extra impact.
Do I need Pilates experience to start?
No — many of our athletes are new to the reformer. Your first visit is a free 30-minute assessment, one-on-one with a coach.
How often should I train?
Most athletes see the best results with 1–2 sessions a week alongside their sport — enough to build and hold gains without adding fatigue.
When should I fit it into my training week?
Usually 1–2 sessions on easier days — enough to build strength and prevent injury without cutting into your swim, bike or run quality.
Can you work around my season and other training?
Yes — we periodize your Pilates around your competition calendar and existing strength work so it complements, never competes.
